Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

-In original packaging with all tags and accessories
-Accompanied by proof of purchase
-Non-Returnable Items
-Final sale items
-Custom or personalized products
-Gift cards
-Used or damaged items
How to Start a Return
Email support@fariescollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed:
-Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
-Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
